Job Summary
Cleaning Supervisor responsible for overseeing on-site cleaning operations in Bridgend (CF31) with a part-time 15-hour weekly schedule (16:00–19:00, Monday–Friday). Duties include operating cleaning machinery with full PPE, maintaining high cleaning standards across warehouses, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, and production zones, monitoring supplies and stock levels, reporting health and safety issues, and communicating effectively with the client, especially during 24-hour site operations. Training and coaching are provided; benefits include uniform, staff referrals, and a supportive Head Office team. The role requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a manufacturing environment and adapt to site-specific needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising cleaning staff (preferred)
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and follow PPE protocols
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and customer-focused approach
- Willingness to undergo training and coaching programme
- Ability to monitor stock and report supply needs
