Job Summary
Facilitate communication and organization with overnight cleaning crew and administration staff while providing overall leadership for venue operations. Schedule cleaning crew staff and conduct pre-shift meetings prior to each shift. Communicate with the maintenance supervisor to ensure proper maintenance and repair of the venue. Keep current on all standard operating procedures and create the appropriate culture through personal and professional conduct. This role supports Live Nation Concerts' mission to bring live music to fans globally, fostering a fun work culture with perks like free concert tickets and progressive benefits including student loan reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience as a cleaning supervisor or higher in a hospitality related business
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have two or more years' experience in cleaning
- Sense of urgency
- Time management
- Sanitation standards
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Live music venue or event experience preferred
