Job Summary
Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Box Office Supervisor for Paradise Rock Club & Brighton Music Hall in Boston to oversee daily and nightly box office operations, including Will Call, guest list, ticket sales, and scanning. This role leads box office staff, ensures exceptional guest service, handles cash and settlement, and coordinates with Ticketmaster and venue teams to optimize inventory and pricing while maintaining compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Box Office / Ticketing Management
- Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Experience in Cash Handling
- Leadership, Management and Customer Service
- Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
- High School Diploma
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in live event operation
- Experience handling counterfeit cash
- Experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Prioritizing, Time Management & Multitasking
