Job Summary
Oversee cleaning operations, manage a team of cleaners, develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures, monitor supplies and equipment, conduct regular inspections, respond to cleaning emergencies, maintain records and prepare reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven supervisory experience in cleaning industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies
