Job Summary
Lead and motivate a cleaning team across multiple facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising, training, inspecting facilities for quality, managing daily tasks and schedules, assisting with cleaning as needed, building positive customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. Ideal candidate has experience in commercial cleaning or supervisory roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver license to travel between facilities. Part-time evening shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 pm–10:00 pm) with potential to move to full-time; located in Bowling Green, OH.
Required Qualifications
