Job Summary
Oversee custodial technicians assigned to a client location, ensuring staff adhere to scope of work while removing debris, vacuuming, buffing floors, and managing trash receptacles. Maintain a clean and safe environment by monitoring quality within pre-set time frames and training new employees on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and personal protective gear. Clock in and clock out staff as needed while resolving challenges and emergencies at a moment's notice. Fluently speak English and Spanish with prior cleaning and supervisory experience required.
