Job Summary
Oversee custodial technicians assigned to a client location, ensuring they adhere to the scope of work regarding debris removal, floor maintenance, trash emptying, and area tidiness. Maintain a clean and safe environment by monitoring quality within pre-set time frames and training staff on cleaning techniques and personal protective equipment usage. Clock in and clock out employees while supervising daily operations. Fluently speak English and Spanish with prior cleaning and supervisory experience required. Available for the second shift from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Cleaning and Supervisory experience
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Results oriented: the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies at a moments notice
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment
