Job Summary
Train employees on janitorial and administrative tasks while screening new custodial technicians. Replace custodial technicians or cover accounts as needed, submitting and delivering supplies. Work with managers to schedule staff, manage callouts, and correspond with technicians. Report accidents or injuries and address performance issues by identifying and retraining staff. Handle emergency situations and calls during evenings and weekends. Requires fluent English and Spanish, a valid driver's license, and results-oriented problem-solving skills.
