Job Summary
Leadership-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across 10 New Jersey accounts. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching cleaning teams, conducting quality inspections, ensuring safety compliance, organizing schedules, performing hands-on cleaning when needed, and rotating across multiple client locations within a mobile, high-impact role. Key duties include mentoring staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, managing daily routes and schedules, ensuring adherence to job cards and Close Down Checklists, and building positive relationships with customers while upholding core company values.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning and/or supervisory roles (preferred but not required—we’ll train the right leader!)
