Job Summary
Follow department procedures to standardize cleaning practices, including sanitizing restrooms, replenishing dispensers, shampooing carpets, and sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and dust store furniture, arcades, and equipment while using assigned tools like scrubbers, extractors, and ladders for walls and glass surfaces. Adhere to work schedules, maintain MSDS sheet knowledge, and launder cleaning rags and dust mops. Perform incidental tasks such as moving furniture, conducting alcohol and age restriction checks, and managing lost and found procedures. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, six months to one year of relevant experience, and availability on nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of six months to one year in a bowling, entertainment, retail, or hospitality environment
- Experience in a cleaning environment preferably in a bowling or game center establishment
- Previous experience in a retail/restaurant or customer service environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Pleasant and positive attitude of 'can do' success
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
