Job Summary
CLEANING SPECIALIST responsible for performing cleaning and restoration services in residential and commercial properties, including water extraction, structural drying, content cleaning, and pack-out. Role involves demolition and debris removal when required, operating restoration equipment, maintaining a clean work environment, and delivering strong customer service during challenging situations. Requires experience in cleaning-related fields (janitorial, facilities maintenance, housekeeping, property maintenance) and a valid driver’s license with clean driving record; must pass background check and drug screening; physically capable of lifting 35 pounds; overtime opportunities available. Training is provided with paid development paths and certifications, alongside benefits (health insurance, 401(k), PTO) and advancement opportunities. Scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with potential overtime and emergency response involvement. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial services, facilities maintenance, housekeeping, property maintenance, or related fields
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly
