Job Summary
Perform cleaning and restoration services in residential and commercial properties, including water extraction and structural drying assistance, content cleaning and pack-out, and demolition and debris removal as required. Operate restoration equipment and maintain a clean, organized work environment while delivering exceptional customer service in difficult situations. Works with a team or independently, showing up on time with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be physically capable of lifting 35 pounds and able to work in a fast-paced environment; possess problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly
- Occasional overtime and emergency response situations
