Job Summary
Perform daily floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming while sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and high-traffic areas. Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; restock consumables like toilet paper and soap; and empty, clean, and re-line trash and recycling receptacles. Safely use janitorial tools, wear required PPE, and communicate facility needs to supervisors. Work 10.5 hours weekly across morning, evening, and weekend shifts at the Allston, MA job site. Clock in and out using the digital timekeeping system. This part-time role offers performance-based pay increases, paid training, and a clear path for advancement within Transcend Maintenance Services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Transcend participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor (standing, bending, walking) for extended periods
- Must clock in and out from the job site using our digital timekeeping system
- Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts as scheduled
- Company-issued uniform and badge
