Job Summary
Perform routine and deep cleaning of production, office, and common areas while maintaining high sanitation standards. Respond promptly and independently to spills, cleaning emergencies, and other facility needs. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, stairwells, and other common areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a professional appearance. Support scheduled deep-cleaning and special facility projects. Inspect, maintain, and operate custodial equipment; report maintenance or repair needs promptly. Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment while following all food safety and safety procedures. Monitor and replenish restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready facility while working with minimal supervision. Work primarily on the manufacturing floor and throughout office areas.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize work, identify cleaning needs, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees across departments
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs
- Ability to work in changing environmental conditions, including varying temperatures and noise levels
- Work primarily on the manufacturing floor and throughout office areas
