Job Summary
Conduct daily and weekly cleaning for hospitals, medical offices, schools, corporate buildings, and HOAs using prescribed methods and safety protocols. Mix appropriate cleaning and disinfecting materials, dust, mop, and sweep classrooms, libraries, break areas, restrooms, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles, maintain organized storage for equipment, secure offices, and shut off lights as required. Report supply needs, equipment repairs, or building hazards to supervisors immediately. Perform light lifting, bending, and stooping while standing for extended periods. Work Monday through Friday from 5pm to 9pm (20 hours weekly) in Tamarac. This part-time role reports to the Area Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance and/or cleaning experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping
- Strong awareness of safety at all times
- Ability to pass a Background Check
- Ability to pass Drug Test
