Job Summary
Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed methods, mix cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols, and dust, mop, and sweep offices, break areas, restrooms, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles, maintain organized storage for equipment and supplies, and secure interior offices, lights, and main entry doors as required. Report supply needs, equipment repairs, or building hazards to supervisors immediately. Perform light lifting, bending, and stooping while maintaining strong safety awareness. Work Monday through Friday from 4pm to 6pm for 10 hours weekly in Dania Beach. This part-time role supports Total Cleaning's mission to exceed expectations through meticulous attention to detail and full accountability across commercial and residential accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Maintenance and/or cleaning experience
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Must be able to perform tasks that involve light lifting, bending, and stooping
- Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must always maintain a strong awareness of safety
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- Must be able to pass Drug Test
- Must be in good physical condition and able to comfortably perform extended periods of walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 25 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Capable of working on your feet for long periods and performing repetitive physical tasks
