Job Summary
Set the pace and example for cleaning standards, safety, and professionalism on-site by performing all cleaning duties using approved products, tools, and procedures. Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms, windows, and dust facilities while communicating supply needs and site conditions to the Shift Supervisor or Site Manager. Work independently with minimal supervision in varying warehouse environments, lifting up to 25 pounds frequently while maintaining consistent uniform and punctuality. This hands-on role supports daily janitorial operations across multiple shifts and weekends, contributing to a team dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning solutions and healthier environments for customers and employees.
