Job Summary
Conduct routine cleaning and disinfection of leasing offices, model units, common areas, and vacant apartments to maintain community appeal and meet move-in standards. Stock kitchens and restrooms with necessary supplies, manage inventory budgets, and ensure all chemicals are properly labeled. Perform additional make-ready duties, pick up community litter, and distribute resident notices while reporting hazardous situations to supervisors. Uphold security practices and key control procedures throughout the day. This role supports DevCo's mission to develop and manage high-quality multifamily housing in Renton, WA.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of cleaning/housekeeping experience in a real estate or hospitality setting
