Job Summary
Maintain the highest cleanliness standards across spa facilities, cleaning all areas including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, showers, poolside, saunas, steam rooms, and reception. Ensure floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped; clean mirrors and glass surfaces; dispose of waste per procedures; replenish consumables; maintain staff areas; perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks. Follow COSHH and health & safety protocols; identify and report hazards. Provide courteous service to guests and staff, ensuring a professional appearance and minimal disruption to spa treatments. Attend trainings and contribute to the overall operation of the spa.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial environment
- Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Physically capable of carrying out manual cleaning duties
