Job Summary
Conduct janitorial and waste removal duties at Churchill Square Shopping Centre, including operating walk-behind and ride-on sweepers and scrubber-dryers. Handle site waste via approved streams and provide high-level cleaning services in welfare areas, reception, offices, and production floors. Respond promptly to spillages and client callouts while maintaining equipment in safe working order. Wear protective clothing and comply with Health & Safety legislation, reporting any system deficiencies or training needs to your line manager. Full training on cleaning methods and equipment is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory response from Disclosure Board at a basic level
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Willingness to learn health and safety requirements
- Ability to work both independently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to quickly adapt to a very busy operational environment
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Physical fitness
