Cleaning Operative

Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning duties including hoovering, mopping, desk wiping, and disinfecting kitchens, toilets, and high-touch points. Empty waste, top up consumables, and perform detail work on skirtings, sills, and fixtures while adhering to company policies and safety protocols. Report equipment deficiencies, training needs, or incidents via the divisional reporting system and utilize all PPE in accordance with received training. Work a 20-hour split shift from 0600-0800 and 1400-1600 at a rate of £13.50 per hour. Support team operations through assigned tasks and maintain excellent timekeeping.

- Ability to work on their own and as a team
- Excellent timekeeping
- Good communication skills
- Understanding how to use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to report any issues, communicate training needs, and provide feedback to management
- Willingness to take on other duties as assigned, supporting the team in various cleaning and maintenance tasks
