Job Summary
Manage cleaning services across 57 Early Learning Centres in the Queensland Metro/East region, ensuring compliance with schedules, specifications, and OH&S requirements. Conduct regular audits and site visits to maintain cleanliness standards, identify improvements, and achieve KPIs related to service delivery, cleanliness, and budget targets. Lead a team of cleaning professionals, train new members on day-to-day operations, and build strong relationships with Centre Directors and stakeholders. Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvements. Full driver's licence required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and team management skills
- Problem-solving, analytical, and project management expertise
- Full driver's licence (essential)
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Blue Card
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate IV Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) – of benefit but not essential
