Job Summary
Manage staffing, budgets, and payroll for a team of 24 employees across daytime and night operations while ensuring full compliance with H&S legislation and statutory requirements. Audit performance against KPIs and client satisfaction metrics to maintain service standards, provide training on COSHH and cleaning methods, and resolve client complaints. Control stock levels of chemicals and consumables, work various shift patterns to lead day and night teams, and carry out cleaning duties following agreed industry standards. This permanent role offers a salary between £37,000 and £40,000 with 33 days' holiday. Anabas is a national Facilities Management company dedicated to supporting corporate office occupiers in London.
