Job Summary
Sweep, clean, and maintain all common areas of the community, including performing cleaning of all vacant units. Complete all cleaning requests in a timely manner while maintaining records of cleaning performed in all units and at the site. Oversee and manage the cleaning components of the property, ensuring customer service is provided to attain greater resident retention. Maintain all Justus Property Management tools, equipment, and replacement parts in working condition. Occasional use of personal transportation for property trips and supply stores is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Proof of automobile insurance coverage
- Occasional need (1% to 33% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to properties and make trips to local supply stores
- Ability to solve problems with no direction
- Ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Frequently required to stand
- Frequently required to walk
- Frequently required to sit
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to climb or balance
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally required to taste or smell
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Can be exposed to outside weather conditions that are sometimes harsh
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Occasionally must work in wet or humid conditions
- Occasionally near moving mechanical parts
- Occasionally near high/precarious places
- Occasionally around fumes/airborne particles/toxic or caustic chemicals
- Occasionally near risk of electrical shock
