Cleaning Dispatcher - YYZ Airport

Job Summary
Coordinate and dispatch cleaning crews to aircraft at YYZ and within the airport, manage and monitor cleaning schedules to meet tight turnaround times, communicate instructions and updates to cleaning staff and airline representatives, respond to cleaning requests and emergencies, track crew locations using software, prioritize tasks by urgency, ensure adherence to airport safety and security regulations, collaborate with other airport departments, maintain logs and prepare daily/weekly reports, assist in training new dispatch staff, and contribute to continuous improvement of cleaning services and dispatch procedures while exemplifying PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of cleaning experience
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
