Job Summary
Cleaning Crew at TGI Fridays responsible for maintaining restaurant cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a quality Guest experience. Performs cleaning according to standards, disposes of trash, cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment, dusts and cleans surfaces, maintains restrooms and outdoor areas, works solo or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently, follows food safety precautions, and executes duties as directed by management. Emphasizes teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and effective communication to support guest satisfaction and overall cleanliness of the establishment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment a plus
- Must be able to work with Team Members
- Must have professional appearance and conduct
- Must be thorough and detail oriented
- Ability to adapt and take direction
- Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team
- Must have strong work ethic and initiative
- Must be a team player and good communicator
- Must be able to lift and carry sacks, cases, and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in freezer
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe frequently
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
