Cleaning Crew Member

Cleaning Crew Member responsible for cleaning customer homes using provided equipment, cleaning all surfaces (fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, floors), including occasional cleaning on hands and knees, and moving furniture to access areas. Works in teams of 2-3 cleaners with a Team Leader who trains new members. Strong emphasis on attention to detail, integrity, efficiency, reliability, uniform appearance, and punctuality. Opportunities for advancement to Team Leader based on attitude, leadership, and quality of work. Prior housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred; must follow instructions, differentiate cleaning products, and maintain customer service standards. Physical ability to lift and carry 25 lbs; clean drug test; no felonies. Weekly team meetings and periodic training; benefits include 401(k), paid time off, and vacation time.
