Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety of the venue, which includes cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, and restrooms, restocking hygiene products, and keeping guest areas free of trash. Performs maintenance on production equipment including troubleshooting and repairs, regular preventive maintenance, and basic plumbing and carpentry functions. Requires proficiency with hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material handling equipment. Must maintain a clean work area and comply with safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
