Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all assigned restroom areas throughout events by restocking paper products, soap, hand sanitizer, and other supplies. Monitor conditions continuously to respond quickly to spills, trash buildup, or cleanliness issues while ensuring MSG sanitation and safety standards are met. Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests, report maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors, and support event flow by keeping restrooms guest-ready. Work collaboratively with housekeeping and operations teams in a high-traffic environment, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Availability includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and a 24x7 schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Able to walk and stand during for duration of shift apart from scheduled breaks.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 bs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
