Job Summary
The Cleaning Attendant (Overnight) is responsible for maintaining club cleanliness through daily and deep cleaning checklists. This role requires a passion for ensuring a welcoming and safe gym environment. Key responsibilities include greeting members, performing cleaning activities efficiently, maintaining an organized work area, and providing knowledge of Crunch Fitness amenities. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand or bend for extended periods. Full time and part-time positions available with hourly compensation ranging from $12 to $14.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to execute performance expectations and interested in maintaining cleanliness
- Experience in service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
