Job Summary
As a Cleaning Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining club cleanliness by performing cleaning activities according to established playbooks and checklists. Your tasks will include ensuring a welcoming environment, managing daily cleaning and deep cleaning tasks, and operating with urgency to meet cleaning requirements. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining the gym facilities in 'like-new' condition, as well as providing a positive experience for members and guests. Physical demands include lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and standing or bending for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to execute performance expectations and interested in maintaining cleanliness
- Experience in service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
