Job Summary
The Cleaning Attendant is responsible for maintaining club cleanliness through daily cleaning tasks and deep cleaning checklists. Responsibilities include ensuring a welcoming and safe environment, performing cleaning activities according to established protocols, and demonstrating a passion for maintaining facilities and equipment in ‘like-new’ condition. Candidates must have the ability to meet performance expectations, a desire for cleanliness, and CPR/AED certification, which can be obtained post-hire. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and standing or bending for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to execute performance expectations and interested in maintaining cleanliness
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred
