Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, accurately ringing purchases and returns, and counting change back according to established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Participate in safety awareness, uphold merchandising philosophy, and accept constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed.

- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
