Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery efforts and participate in safety awareness initiatives to maintain a secure environment. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. This role emphasizes honesty, integrity, and respect within a positive store culture.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
