Job Summary
Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care, operating a floor scrubber and buffer, and performing dust/damp/mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; cross-train to support multiple store areas; model positive customer experience practices; uphold safety and sanitation standards across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and associated spaces; contribute to store recovery and cover Front End needs as required. Strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and adherence to company policies in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
