Cleaning Associate

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Operates the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers; supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Maintains floor care cleanliness standards including operation of scrubber and buffer; upholds store-operations cleanliness for Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and other areas. Follows Health and Safety policies, refilling essential items in Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End. Cross-trained in other areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor). Supports Front End coverage and adheres to labor policies. Participates in safety initiatives and store recovery as needed. Adheres to loss prevention controls per company guidelines.
