Job Summary
Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and dust while spot cleaning glass and windows to maintain a clean, organized store environment. Perform sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning across the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while cross-training in multiple store areas to support front end coverage needs. Refill essential items in the lounge and restrooms, participate in store recovery, and uphold merchandising and signage standards. Communicate effectively with management and associates while maintaining a safe environment through safety awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Listens and responds appropriately
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
