Cleaning Associate

Maintain high store cleanliness and recovery standards while delivering friendly customer service; perform cleaning tasks (dust, damp-mop floors, bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways), move equipment, prepare cleaning solutions, and ensure products are placed correctly. Participate in checkout activities, promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, and assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store). Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance; adhere to SOPs and safety programs; project a positive image and serve as a role model for team members. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings; minimum age 16; equal opportunity employer. Other duties as assigned may include customer engagement and basic cash handling. This is a part-time role at Michaels in Bowie, MD.
