Job Summary
Clean all interior common spaces including entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry, and garbage rooms at designated properties. Perform move-out cleaning on vacant suites, manage cleaning supply inventory, and assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing plumbing issues. Handle garbage pickup and respond to resident requests or prepare for inspections as assigned by the Community Manager. This Full-time, Permanent role requires excellent customer service, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a satisfactory criminal background check. Required Qualifications
