Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting restrooms while ensuring all areas remain organized and streak-free. Stock supply rooms, manage inventory of cleaning materials, and empty waste receptacles. Assist clients with their needs to ensure a relaxed experience and report any facility deficiencies or maintenance issues to management immediately. Maintain a positive team attitude and follow instructions to complete all tasks by shift end.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity
- High school degree
- Capable of following instructions and learning new techniques
- Strong time management skills to ensure all work is completed by the end of the shift
- Demonstrate an understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipment
- Self-starter who takes the initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Able to lift to 20 pounds for short periods
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Must like to help others assisting
