Cleaning and Restoration Technician

Perform carpet, floor, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning services while executing water damage, mold mitigation, and odor removal tasks. Complete cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and daily logs; communicate effectively with customers; and inspect completed work. Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles, and perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance. Hold yourself and others accountable for company standards and demonstrate willingness to learn new industry equipment. Requires high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and one year of floor cleaning experience preferred. IICRC certifications are highly desired.
