Job Summary
Perform carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery, tile and grout restoration, mold mitigation, and odor removal services. Complete cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and daily logs. Communicate effectively with customers, inspect completed work, and perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance. Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles. Hold yourself and others accountable for maintaining company standards. Apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment types and numbers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Adequate math skills
- Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
- Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry
- Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred
- some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
- Highly Desired Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)* preferred but not required
