Cleaning and Restoration Operational Manager

Oversee daily operations of the carpet cleaning and water restoration departments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. Manage and schedule teams for efficient execution of services, conduct quality control inspections to adhere to IICRC standards, and perform field work as necessary to assist with jobs. Train and mentor team members on techniques and safety procedures, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and work with upper management to set operational goals and monitor key performance indicators. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, oversee project reporting and documentation, and assist in developing new procedures to streamline operations.
