Job Summary
Conduct terminal maintenance in high-traffic areas like departure lounges, check-in desks, and arrival halls. Ensure restroom facilities are disinfected and restocked, manage waste disposal, and operate industrial cleaning equipment including floor buffers and vacuums. Provide friendly assistance to passengers regarding directions and facilities while remaining vigilant for unattended baggage or suspicious activity. Shifts require early starts, such as 4:00 AM, and late finishes with flexibility for 24/7 operations across London's major airports. Candidates must provide a full five-year checkable history and undergo a Basic DBS check. Full training, uniform, and career progression into Team Leader or Supervisor roles are available.
Required Qualifications
