Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing assigned areas across residential homes, offices, and commercial properties. Perform deep-cleaning on kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic common areas while disinfecting high-touch surfaces using approved products. Inspect spaces prior to completion to ensure standards are met and promptly report property damages, maintenance needs, or low inventory to management. Deliver respectful, professional customer service during every visit. Maintain a positive, team-first attitude with strong attention to detail and reliability. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into supervisory positions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive physical movements throughout a shift
- Ability to lift and transport cleaning equipment and supply caddies (up to 25–30 lbs)
- Possession of a modern smartphone with data access for scheduling apps and team check-ins
- Must successfully pass a standard background check upon hire
- Reliable personal transportation (or access to reliable transit) to travel between client locations
- Flexible availability; occasional evening or weekend shifts may be available
