Job Summary
Clean entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances, and manage common areas such as community centers, offices, windows, and floors. Carry and maintain all cleaning supplies to perform routine functions efficiently while meeting project deadlines and reducing home vacancy. Handle trash pick-up, doggie waste station clean-up, and community trash removal. Maintain a current vehicle license in good standing to access the federal facility. Currently enrolled in a High School program with less than one year of relevant experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School program.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Ability to understand spoken and written English.
- Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID
