Job Summary
Conduct full cleaning of the restaurant including bar, kitchen equipment, restrooms, and exterior building. Operate electrically powered scrubbing and polishing machines for hard surface flooring while dusting furniture, ledges, sills, and lighting fixtures. Perform daily building walk-throughs with supervisors. Handle large cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, adhering to Material Safety Data Sheets. Maintain proficiency in English or Spanish and demonstrate ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working in constant motion. Requires at least one year of experience as a cleaner.

- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
