Cleaner

Cleans surfaces, public areas, lobby, elevators, escalators, seating areas, tables, windows, railings, floors, and restrooms. Removes trash can liners, polishes lighting fixtures and marble, sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors, spot cleans rugs and upholstery, dusts furniture, washes windows and door panels, empties ashtrays, transports waste, replenishes bathroom supplies, replaces light bulbs, cleans hotel rooms, and delivers messages. Uses vacuums, carpet extractors, and other cleaning tools. Requires bilingual preference, basic computer skills, and consistent attendance. Works in shifts including weekends with occasional exposure to chemicals and moving mechanical parts.
