Job Summary
Strip, wax, scrub, buff, burnish, and refinish hard floors while cleaning and extracting commercial carpeting at offices, medical buildings, schools, industrial facilities, and retail locations. Operate auto scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, and carpet extractors using professional-grade equipment and industry-approved techniques. Safely mix and use floor care chemicals following OSHA and SDS guidelines, set up safety signs and barriers before work, and maintain equipment. Complete specialty cleaning projects with attention to detail while lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical work involving bending, kneeling, and extended standing. Full-time 2nd shift opportunities with some weekends; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Desired Qualifications
- One year of commercial floor care experience preferred
