Job Summary
Conduct professional spotting by recognizing stains and performing pre or post spotting on garments. Operate dry cleaning loads and manage finishing of garments while overseeing finishers and pressers to maintain profitable production levels. Sort garments to proper stations throughout the plant and exercise overall control of work. Ensure quality work at profitable production levels through daily monitoring. Requires three years of industry experience in garment cleaning or fast-paced retail environments like McDonald's or Walmart. Flexible hours including Saturdays are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of industry experience
- Prior knowledge of running a Dry Cleaning Plant
- Open-minded to seeing the benefits of using the Lapels program and systems of production
- Experience working in a fast paced environment similar to farming, industrial, or manufacturing labor
- Flexible hours including Saturdays
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care
- Good hand/eye coordination and the ability to physically manipulate the pressing equipment
- Must be 18 or older
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a cleaner/spotter, cleaner, housekeeper, custodian, or in general labor
- Previous experience working at McDonald's, Walmart, Burger King, Wendy's, Subway, or Taco Bell
- Previous pressing experience
